Let me tell me start by telling you a bit about Bill.
Bill goes the same Crossfit “box” that I go to. He’s a tad taller than me—probably 6’3”, and he probably weighs 35 pounds less than me.
He’s fit. He can do the things I still can’t do—pull ups without bands, muscle ups on the rings, sets of toes-to-bars with good form.
When it comes to fitness, I aspire to be a bit more like Bill and a bit like, well, me.
So a few days ago, I’m go in for 5:30 PM WOD (“workout of the day” for you normal people that don’t do Crossfit), and here’s what was written on the board:
